On September 14, 2000 while running and coaching my daughters soccer team I fell and sprained my left ankle. As you can see from the above pictures, it was a very bad sprain. After x-raying the ankle I knew no bones were broken, but I should soft cast it for 2 weeks.
Because adjusting with a cast is almost impossible, I just put an Ace bandage on it. The secret to healing my ankle so fast was my Cold Laser.
