Isabella S. came to our office in January of 2011. She was a beautiful, wide-eyed, alert and happy three-month old. She was so adorable that when you saw her, you just wanted to pick her up and squeeze her. But no one wanted to hold Isabella. Why? Since she was born, Isabella was projectile vomiting about five or six times a day. She would also become irritable because of the belly pain she was having.
The pediatrician tried everything, including Zantac, but nothing helped. Until she began regular chiropractic adjustments, that is. She had a few misalignments or subluxations in her mid back. We also use the Fenzian unit on her abdomen in order to get the nerves to function better. The result? Her vomiting decreased; she was less irritable and fussy.
At her six month visit, her vomiting had completely stopped. Her mom believes her treatment in our office helped her to be a happy baby. But she would never forget the response you get from people! Now they can just notice Isabella and no one is afraid to hold her anymore. And of course, there’s the added benefit of less laundry! Congratulations Isabella!
